Vintage automobile oil lamp for Citroen De Dion Renault Delage Delahaye Peugeot A very nice original French automobile lamp. It is a brass and steel automobile oil lamp and is complete including the font and burner. It has survived the years in good original unrestored condition. The brass chimney and door are good showing some marks and general surface wear. The clear glass at the front is cracked. The small red side glass is good. The steel body is good showing minor surface wear and some areas of paint loss. The door opens and closes smoothly and the door clasps still work smoothly. The inside of the lamp is very good. The brass font and ceramic burner is good. The reflector is still very good with no damage. The inside is very clean – looks like the lamp was never lit. The lamp measures approx 10 inches tall. The door is approx 4 1/4 inches in diameter including the bezel.
