DESCRIPTION: Here is a vintage 1860’s I believe five panel lithopane oil lamp. One of the porcelain panels is the Niagara River and Brocks Monument and the other four are as you see. I believe the Niagara one was done after an 1860’s stereoview photograph or etching. (etching picture shown for reference). At some point it was electrified and painted. Black over brass font. My pictures have the panel illuminated with a bulb pointed in. I think they are all PPM and marked. Two are PPM 81 & PPM 111. A Very Nice Victorian Lighting Piece. MEASUREMENTS: 18″ tall, panels are about 5 1/4″ tall and tper from 5 1/4″ to 3 1/4″, weighs about 3 lb. CONDITION: All of the panes seems fine with no damage. The electric cord was dry and brittle and I just cut it off. I could only seperate the three leg metal base by unscrewing it. I could not get the shade off of the font. GUARANTEE: All of our merchandise is guaranteed to be genuine, old and vintage as described! We DO appreciate your business.
