Vintage 40’s license plate topper. Good Roads Automobile Club Southern California. Measures 3 3/4 in diameter. Nice condition as pictured. This is an earlier type topper made of heavier metal not tin. Weighs 3.7 ounces. Intentionally left in as found condition. Should clean up nicely if you prefer.
