You are looking at an antique torchiere lamp base by Bilt Rite Lamp Co. This base is made of 4 separate pieces. When assembled, the base is 18 1/2 tall and 13 wide with 1/2 center hole. The base shows wear, such as scratches, scuffs, chipped paint and the last photo shows that the marble has a couple chips around the edge.
