This pair is better than the first one so that I rate this one 97 out of 100. PLEASE see all pictures. This is a pair of reproduction parts for Coleman Arc Lamp that I created from broken pieces of the original. It took me a couple of years to make like this. It was so hard. The first of all, I put all of broken pieces of the original into one complete shape to make a mold. Then I made them with low-temp pewter. Please take a look at all pictures closely to find out how beauty this is. Overall, this pair is very beautiful and pretty much close to the original one. Even the original one that I have seen had the areas were not completed filled the metal. Since the pewter is low-temp metal and melting point is around 338-446F(170-230C) and required special skills and fine tools to solder it. So I strongly recommend that you use a epoxy patty bond called SteelStick that you can see in the photo attached(SteelStick is not included) when you apply them on the lamp(fount/tank) instead of soldering. Otherwise, you may accidentally melt the piece while you applying on the fount. All sales are final. An additional note: HOW TO ATTACHE THEM ON THE FOUNT/TANK. There are 2 contact areas on the top and the bottom that attache to the fount/tank as you can see. These areas have been rough finished because you may need to adjust when you put them on the fount/tank. This was what I did when I actually bonded these on the Arc Lamp. Check if the contact point is same as the curve of the fount/tank. Use a fine iron file to adjust the surface of the parts side and leave rough surface(SteelStick sticks well on rough surface). Knead SteelStick and bond the fount/tank both top and bottom contact points. Use things hold the parts until it’s hardened (at least 24 hours).
