Not sure if it’s a twist or a push button, but either way, it’s rusted and does not budge. The lamp arms are leaning to the right, so would need to be straightened. The “candlesticks” are made of metal. Base measures approx 6-7/8″ x 5-7/8″. Width from arm to arm is 8-3/4. Total height is almost 21-3/4 to tip of crystal. The “candles” are 6-1/4 tall.
