This listing is for the lamp base pictured. The top bulb is not included. The internal bulb is included but it is not assured to arrive in working condition. This is a normal bulb size and would be inexpensive to replace. This lamp base is in very good working condition. The glass base is free of any visible nicks, chips, cracks and repairs. The finish on the metal base has worn away. I suspect it was brass colored originally. Now it is a dull silver color. The lamp works as a 3-way but uses a separate switch/ “turn button” on the brass collar to operate the base light. Check the close up as this looks like it may have been added by drilling into the collar. The “key” operates the top bulb only. I opened the lamp to tighten the internal bulb and all looks normal there too. The plug is old and it should be evaluated for safety’s sake. Please see all the photos as further description of condition and appearance. The lamp is about 16 tall. The base is about 8 square. It weighs about 5-1/2 pounds.
