It has not been fully tested. When plugged in I can hear the pump but have not put any oil in it to fully test. I assume the light bulb is bad because it does not turn on but something else could be wrong. Normal signs of wear like scuffs and scratches are also present. The decorative part on the very bottom has broken off but just needs to be glued. As does the metal rings around the top and bottom. Please refer to pictures from more details.
