This is a PAIRPOINT LAMP BASE. The base is round and is 6 1/2 across. It weighs approximately 6 pounds. The glass is in good condition. No obvious cracks, etc. Someone did antique the glass at some point and left a brown pigment (which is actually very pretty). Paint thinner and a few CuTips might do the trick. According to our family Enginner, This lamp lacks two sockets and wiring.
